The tower, as architectural reinterpretation of the company’s awareness and values in the new Milan business area. The “podio” basement, as simple and elegant gateway from history to the future and point of connection between different pre-existing areas. The project has been developed with the aim of maximum sustainability, durability and attention to people well-being and comfort. Common spaces with green areas are full of natural light filtering from the rainscreen glazed facades. A sky lounge on the terrace can be used for private events with a special view on the city and the mountains.
