A senior home in Bavaria - not far from one of the most beautiful lakes in the region. The concept for architecture and interior aims to create an active and open place for elderly people to live - their guests will also enjoy a pool, a restaurant and a theatre. The buildings, partly made of prefabricated wood and with meadows on the roofs, are fully integrated into the context of the hill and each residence has a balcony or terrace. All pre-existing trees declared fundamental for the protection of the biotope, have been saved.
