Product design

A table inspired by faded and soft surfaces of old surfboards. The top, which is oval, is made of solid walnut with three highly original inserts in American maple, running along the complete length of the table. The turned legs, also in solid walnut, remind one of the tressles that surfboards are placed on to be polished or cleaned by their owners. The finish is in oil and wax that bring out the colours and the contrast between the walnut and maple.
